My story about this recipe:
My friend had a birthday celebration with the theme ‘down-to-earth’ where they had beautiful decorations in the backyard. There was a loaf of bread uneaten at the end of the party (because everyone was busy eating the birthday cake), therefore, I took it home and decided to make a dish out of it.
What did I use to make the pie?
- left-over bread (cut open, took the flat side)
- 1 tbsp of herb mix
- 1 portion of thawed cod
- 1 egg
How?
- cook the cod with the herbs in a pan
- pour cooked cod on to the bread slice and crack 1 egg on top
- put the whole thing into the oven, and cook it for 10-15 min at 180 degrees
