My story about this recipe:
I had a chocolate craving last night (we all do!). So I went to Coles and bought a block of strawberry flavored chocolate. Because I was appreciating the taste and texture of the chocolate so much that I became satisfied after having one small square (this is called mindful eating!). So I asked myself, what could I do with the rest of it. I came home and found a bag of left-over lupin flour that I was given at a dietitians training event. I also found a bag of left-over slivered almonds that I bought for cooking Thai dishes last week.
What did I use?
-1 cup of lupin flour (gluten-free naturally high in protein and low in carbohydrate, it can also help lower cholesterol, blood sugar levels and blood pressure)
-1/2 cup slivered almonds
-left-over chocolate (melted)
How?
-combine all 3 ingredients, add a bit of water and bake it in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 min
Then this happened…
