Amy has worked extensively in hospital, aged care and private practice settings in Melbourne, Also, Amy occasionally speaks with SBS Mandarin and Joy FM about nutrition and the part it plays in personal well-being.

Clinical Interest:

Amy enjoys approaching all diet-related conditions with a blend of evidence-based, non-dieting and mindful approach.

Some of her areas of specialty include Parkinson’s Disease, nutritional support for pre- and post-bariatric (weight loss) surgeries, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), coeliac disease, diabetes, PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and eating disorders. Amy is an active mentor with Dietitians Australia and she enjoying mentoring new graduate dietitians who are new to the private practice setting.

Amy is a keen advocate for better nutritional care in the residential aged care facilities. She recently represented Dietitians Australia to meet with a local MP to discuss the Aged Care priorities for federal election 2022. Amy always has a strong passion for food and cooking. She enjoys helping people lead healthier lifestyles through nutrition education and empowering them towards lasting change.

Amy started Just Eat Nutrition in Melbourne in 2013, after completing her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Monash University. Amy is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
